Secure payments
By using one of our secure methods of payment you can be assured that your information will be processed safely. When using Paypal or Sage Pay, your card details are taken by them and processed directly. This helps guarantee your transaction is as secure as possible. Both secure payment gateways are independently audited by regulating authorities as well as VISA and MASTERCARD.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch goods within 1 business day of you placing your order. If you are not available to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a card with advice on how to arrange collection or re-delivery of your goods. If your parcel is returned to us because there was repeatedly no-one there to accept it, we will have to charge you for the cost of returning them.
Checking your order on delivery
We always send out parcels with your paperwork attached in a document enclosed envelope. The courier will attach their own stickers. If your order is a large one there is a chance it will be spread across more than one parcel. If the sticker states that your parcel is 1/3, this means it is parcel number 1 of 3 and there are 2 more to come. Do not sign until they deliver 2/3 and 3/3. When you receive your full order, you must then check that all the items on your paperwork (in the documents enclosed envelope) match the items that have been delivered. If they do not, please try and contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged goods
If your order arrives in a damaged state, please do not sign for it and contact us immediately.
Faulty goods
If any of your delivered items appear to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for them to be returned to us and if proven to be faulty we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Wrong Goods Ordered
If you order the wrong product or size, you will be responsible for cost of having them returned to us. We are happy to give you a refund once we receive the product back at head office. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Wrong Goods Received
If you check your order against your paperwork and we have sent you the wrong products by mistake, we will arrange to have them collected and the correct ones dispatched as soon as possible. There will be no additional cost to you.
Remittance Terms
All orders must be paid for before we dispatch them. You can pay by Credit card, Debit card or Paypal. Alternatively, we accept Bank Transfer ( BACS) Internet payments. Please contact us directly for details. These can take up to 3 days for payment to reach our account. Your order will not be dispatched until the funds reach our account.
